Investigation Services	In addition to traditional design services, Josephson-Werdowatz & Associates, Inc. has conducted structural investigations on literally thousands of buildings throughout the Western United States. Our investigations have been conducted for insurance adjusters, property managers, homeowner associations, developers, and building owners, to name a few.
Expert Witness Services	Josephson-Werdowatz & Associates, Inc. has been retained as structural engineering experts on over 500 cases across Southern California, Northern California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Oregon. Designated as experts for homeowner associations, developers and subcontractor cross-defendants, we strive to provide balanced, well reasoned and practical solutions to construction litigation problems. We have also been retained as court-appointed neutral experts on several cases.
Graphics/ Multimedia Services	Josephson Werdowatz & Assoc., Inc. incorporates a variety of graphics tools to best meet our clients needs. These tools include inventive multimedia presentations, 2d and 3d stills, physical models, and computer models to simplify complex concepts. Our graphics department can handle anything from the simplest of drafting problems to the most complex 3d animation.
