Josephson-Werdowatz & Associates, Inc. was originally established
in 1988 as Carl H. Josephson & Associates. Through the years, our efforts
to be responsive and attentive to our clients diverse structural engineering
needs have enabled us to grow carefully and steadily. We currently have
projects throughout both Northern and Southern California, Arizona, Nevada,
and Colorado, and have worked with clients in the past on projects in Northern
Europe, Central America and China. |

| Employees |
|
We employ fifteen technical personnel and three administrative
staff members. Our engineering staff is composed of eleven engineers, including
eight California registered Professional Engineers and Structural Engineers.
We currently have professional engineering registrations in California,
Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, New Mexico,
and Hawaii. |

| Facilities |

Our offices are located in the Sorrento Mesa area of San
Diego, California, near Scottsdale Fashion Plaza in Scottsdale, Arizona,
and on East Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. |

| Computer/CAD |
|
Our office is fully networked with an extensive library of
engineering, graphics, and CAD software. With a state-of-the-art e-mail
system and high-speed Internet access, we are able to respond quickly and
exchange documents almost instantaneously. Our CAD/Graphics Department has
a staff of four with up to eighteen years of experience on a number of CAD
and graphics packages. By using detailed three-dimensional computer renderings
and animations, we have set a standard for explaining complex engineering
concepts to lay people that other firms have yet to duplicate. |
